Marcella gaspar RN, BSN
Marcella Gaspar is a Registered Nurse and certified Botox/Dermal Filler injection RN. She received her Bachelors of Nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2011 and has been working as a nurse in the clinical setting since that time. She received her certification in Botox and Dermal Filler injections from the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, training under Dr. Joseph Russo, MD. In her practice, Marcella utilizes a preventative approach to the facial aging process, with a focus on maintaining a natural and youthful appearance. Individual client education is a fundamental component of her practice in order to achieve the best outcomes. Marcella is available for consultations, individual appointments and Botox parties.

Every unit after will be $12 each unit for those paying with cash. Clients paying with credit cards or Venmo will be $13 each unit. Thank you!

What is Botox?
Botox is a neurotoxin that is injected into the muscle to temporarily paralyze the muscle, preventing it from contracting and forming wrinkle lines. By paralyzing the function of certain muscles, this causes opposing muscles to work harder, creating a desired lift effect in particular areas (eyebrows, eyelids). Botox spreads 1cm in all directions of the injection site. Each muscle is targeted individually, and it is important to note that all faces and facial muscles are not symmetrical. Pictures are taken before treatments to track progress.
Dermal Filler
Dermal filler is largely composed of collagen and hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid, which has an extremely volumizing/hydrating effect on the skin. Hyaluronic acid pulls water into the skin to add volume where filler is injected. As filler is injected, this also stimulates our bodies to start natural collagen production, further adding to volume.
Marcy’s Booking policy
Marcy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. She requires a nonrefundable $50 deposit for her bookings. If you cancel ahead of the 24 hour time frame, we will be glad to refund the deposit. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
Gratuity Etiquette for Marcy:
Typically gratuity is not accepted in doctor's offices. We always leave the gratuity up to the discretion of the client. Please remember it is not mandatory to tip, yet it is always greatly appreciated by Marcy. Do not hesitate to text Lizz with any questions.
